Professional Profile:

As General Manager of the Philadelphia Office, Mark is responsible for the daily management of Sales, Service, and Support for Customers and Employees of the Philadelphia branch.  Additionally, in his role as company President, Mark defines both the present and future vision of the SK Technology Group.

Mark enjoys great challenges, and thrives on building strong teamwork and motivating those around him. He first exhibited this trait at Villanova University where he achieved great success in the classroom and on the football field. Mark graduated from Villanova in 1998 with honors in Computer Engineering, and also achieved numerous school football records including the title as "All-Time Scoring Leader" in Villanova football history.  After graduation, Mark took a position at IBM as an IT Consultant in the Global Services division of the Philadelphia office. After two years with IBM, Mark then joined a young startup company which was eventually purchased by Oracle. At the startup, Mark's contribution helped the company grow from an initial team of 20 employees, to a team of 200 employees.

In 2004, after his wife finished dental school, Mark became familiar with the abundance of technology that dental professionals used to manage their practices. It was clear that the local dental community was becoming increasingly dependent on technology to enhance the efficiency and quality of their care. These hardware and software tools, which were becoming such an integral part of the practice of dentistry, were often unmanaged. It was clear that dental professionals would need help managing, maintaining and servicing their dental technology. Mark Kiefer wanted to build a company that would provide such a valuable service.

When Mark is not working, he spends as much time as possible with his wife Audra, and his dog Abbey. They live in King of Prussia, PA and enjoy attending Phillies games, playing golf and other outdoor activities, as well as visiting with Family and Friends.
