Our team members work in either the Philadelphia or Scranton/Wilkes Barre branch locations of SK Tech Group. Because our installation and service work is planned intricately in advance, you will likely develop relationships with all members of our team, regardless of their daily proximity to your office. Because we always have at least one member of our team available for questions and concerns over the phone, we are able to dispatch our most available team member to you in a time of technology need. Otherwise, we are able to schedule an appropriate time for your issue to be addressed in person.

Aaron Smith | Network Engineer

Aaron is a graduate of Delaware College of Art and Design where he earned an Associates degree of Fine Arts in Graphic Design. He also graduated as the valedictorian of his class from the ITT Technical Institute with an Associates Degree in Computer Networking Systems. Before joining the SK Tech Group team, he used his many creative talents as a freelance graphic designer. Aaron has many hobbies including cooking, photography, traveling and watching football. Aaron loves the challenges of his everyday work because of its diversity and the direct interaction he has with the practices we serve. He is extremely organized and likes being recognized for his personal strengths. Aaron and his wife Kim live in Collegeville, PA.

Byung Kim | Network Engineer

Byung is a graduate of the Drexel University where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Information Science and Technology and a minor in Business Administration. Before joining the SK Tech Group team, Byung was a system administrator for a software company specializing in clinical research. Byung is an integral part of our team because he truly enjoys working with each practice to make their daily computer activities as simple and easy as possible. He enjoys working with a different practice everyday and developing relationships with PC users in dental offices. He credits his success with the desire to help other people with their technology needs, a very important mission at SK Tech Group. Byung is a sports enthusiast. He enjoys watching sports as well as working out himself. In his free time, you can find Byung running, weight lifting, skiing or just spending time with family and friends.

John Lesser | Network Engineer

John Lesser is a graduate of Bloomsburg University and the Pennsylvania College of Technology where he studied computer science as well as computer networking and technical support. He spent the early years of his career as a hardware technician and has significant experience in testing, diagnosis and repair of many different types of computer hardware. Understanding the different technical aspects of his chosen field has not made John forget the importance of communication and how technology can improve people's lives. John has used his technology experience to help educate seniors in his community regarding basic computer skills. As you can imagine, John is interested in how computers work and also has a deep interest in new technology gadgets as well as classic cars. John and his wife, Amy, are movie and music enthusiasts and live in Horsham, PA.

Steve Schuman | Network Engineer

Steve Schuman is a graduate of the ITT Technical Institute where his academic accomplishments, student leadership and attendance record were the exact formula for a successful transition into the technology service industry. He has over five years of programming experience and is well versed in his knowledge of the operating systems SK Tech Group uses everyday in practices across Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Steve really enjoys the people and practices that he communicates with everyday. He finds that his work is even more rewarding when he is faced with new challenges. Steve likes that teamwork is part of his everyday routine and feels a sense of true camaraderie with his coworkers. In his free time, Steve likes to play hockey, work on cars, play video games and cook.
