Our goal is to provide each customer with a live network technician each and every time they call our phone support service line. If the assigned phone support technician(s) are not immediately available, SK Tech Group is committed to returning every support phone call within 30 minutes.

  2. Unlimited Remote Connection Support

    In addition to standard telephone support, SK Tech Group will establish a secure remote connection to the office network and troubleshoot any specific computer or network issues as if they were present in the office. This type of service allows for the office user to illustrate a specific technology problem to one of our skilled Network Engineers for immediate resolution.
